Commissions:

By commissioning me, you agree and or are aware of the following:

-I mainly take Paypal USD, but on rare occasions I'll accept points.
-When you order any commission from me besides pixels, I will sketch out your commission and send it to you for approval. 
-You can certainly ask for things to be changed on the sketch, The sketch is the only edit I'll do. 
-Once you approve of how the sketch looks, I will then ask you to send payment. 
-I will digitally finish the commission ONCE the payment has been sent.
-WARNING: Time can range from 1 day wait, to 3 months wait for it to be finished. If you are not okay with this, then please don't commission me. I can sometimes take a while to finish because I have a very busy life, with college and responsibilities.
-I do not do refunds, if you have an issue with something tell me and I'll do my best to fix it. Please! make sure you like the sketch before you approve!!
-You are totally welcome to kindly ask about progress, I don't mind at all. 
-You are welcome to change characters during the sketch process, but once you send payment and I've started to line the commission I will not accept a character change. 
-I have every right to cancel any commission if you are being rude or extremely hard to work with. If this happens I will refund you and delete your commission. 

NSFW Commissions:

-I WILL NOT do 'Not Safe For Work' images for people under the age of 18. Please respect this, It's for my safety and comfort.
-Any NSFW will cost a little bit extra.
-I will post the Censored version on my DA and note you the uncensored version with and with out a background if the commission has an added background.
-There are some things that I am not comfortable with drawing, please don't take offense to this.
-I will post the nsfw version on my FA unless requested otherwise.

ART

-Do not remove my watermark please. I sign my art under my other account Zona-Light. I try to make sure that the watermark is not distracting or covering anything important.
-You are welcome to upload art that I've made for you on your own page with the proper credits.
-You may use my art that I've made for you as page decorations, icons, references with proper credits.
-Please do not try to steal my art or claim it as your own.
-You may use my art as a light reference for posing or for colors.
-If you want to upload a drawing I've made for you on another site, please let me know. 
-Please do not use any art of my currently owned characters. 

Designs

By owning a design made by me you agree to the following:

-You may sell/trade/gift designs you have gotten from me regardless of how you got them.
-Once the character is your, it's yours. 
-I only ask that you inform me when you have given ownership to another by placing a comment on the original art of the character in my gallery. I do this to keep track of where the design is.
-You may use the design how ever you like.
-You may add to the design or take things off of the design.
-You may use the original drawing of the design as a reference.
-DO NOT claim the design as your own creation. You can credit yourself if you've added things to them or changed them, but please don't claim that you are the original creator.
-You should always keep proof of your ownership when ever getting a character.

Other things to know:

-I am okay with tags. You may tag me to show me things, use me as an entry for contest that require you to tag someone to enter, in art you've made, I don't mind.
-I am okay with you faving or commenting on things a whole bunch, I don't see it as spam.
-You are always welcome to asking me questions. 
-You can comment random stuff on my front page.
-You are welcome to send me notes at any time. 
-You can certainly draw any of may characters, just try to keep them to their personality.
-I don't do art trades that often because I tend to take a long time on them.
-If you are rude or are very unpleasant to me during any situation I have every right to refuse service to you. 

I hope that this isn't intimidating, I try to keep things really open and free to people. Most of it is things I'm okay with. xD
